焙茶,即烘焙後的日本煎茶。

茶葉色澤金黃,帶炒焙過的香氣。由於經過較高溫的烘焙,不少茶葉中的咖啡因都已揮發出來,所以焙茶中的咖啡因含量亦較低。

This fragrant and refreshing brown color tea is made with green tea.

After roasting green tea, the tea color changed to brown and roasting flavour is added.

 

 

Remarks:

  • Room temperature - store for 4 hours
  • Keep cold in fride ---store for 2 days
